VIP Infrared Signal Light

VIP Infrared/ Visible Wearable Strobe Light


The VIP signal light from Adventure Lights is the pinnacle of man portable emergency lighting. These units
have been in use by US Special Operations Forces for years because of its extreme durability and dependability.
Tested in deserts, the Arctic, in the stratosphere and hundreds of feet below the sea, the VIP continues to hold
up to the demands of extreme environmental conditions and unpredictable terrain. The VIP is the only waterproof
light in the world that is a flashlight, emergency flasher, and SOS survival beacon all in one package.

There are two models of the VIP available; The Government Model and the Naval Special Warfare Model (NSW).

The Government Model features five Dual Spectrum LED’s (3 Infrared/2 Visible Green) with a four-position positive
lock rotating dial. To prevent accidental overt illumination, this model features a one-way bezel that needs to go
through 2 IR modes before switching to a delayed-on visible green. The phases are:
#1 Steady-On Infrared
#2 Flashing Infrared
#3 Steady-On Visible Green
#4 Off

The NSW Model features five Dual Spectrum LED’s (2 Infrared/3 Visible Green) with a four-position positive
lock rotating dial. The dial can be rotated either direction to allow for immediate overt or covert light output.
The phases are:
#1 Slow-Flash Infrared
#2 Steady-On Visible Green
#3 Slow-Flash Visible Green w/ Extended On-Time
#4 Off

The VIP Signal Light’s five 10mm LEDs feature three modes of operation: Flashing (60 per second), SOS signal,
and steady on flashing mode. The light can signal in either visible green or IR illumination, which can only be seen
with the aid of a night vision device. These signal lights are a must for any SWAT Team, Military Unit, or Search
and Rescue Team.

KAC - Knight's Armament URX 4 IBN Rail 5.56mm 14.5" Length

URX 4 The URX 4 is a continuous top-rail system that utilizes the Keymod mounting brackets developed by Vltor and Noveske.
This rail system is built stronger and more stable than previous designs due to the absence of a removable bottom rail.
The modular layout allows an end user to fully customize exactly where to place accessories without the use of specialized
tools, small parts, or additional forces applied to the barrel. The URX 4 is currently available for 5.56 rifles in 8.5”, 10”, 10.75",
13”, and 14.5” lengths, and is equipped with Knight’s unique IBN mounting configuration. The idea was to create a more
modular, and thus more serviceable, rail system that still maintains its strength and stiffness. Th IBN system torques the
rail onto the weapon and allows the rail to act as the barrel nut. This design was developed to increase stabilization and
provide a simpler solution that requires less specialized tools to install and maintain. A full array of modular accessories,
iron sights, and panel kits utilizing the Keymod mounting brackets have been developed specifically to accompany
this rail system. With the introduction of the URX 4, Knight’s Armament Co. demonstrates its continuing determination
to intelligently design effective products. It is not suggested to use this rail with a 14.5" or shorter barrel unless using
a muzzle device such as the AAC flash hider which can be installed from the end with a tool.

長いですねぇ　なんせ14.5インチですから・・・　
M4A1だとバレルがスッポリ隠れてしまう長さなのでフラッシュハイダー分しか露出しません。

装着方法は少し面倒ですが単純構造なのでURX３までの装着方法よりある意味ガッチリ装着出来ます。
隙間調節もシムを組み合わせる事で可能なので便利なのかもしれません。
今だけなのか今後も付属するのか不明ですがレンチが同梱なのも嬉しい配慮です。
URX2の時代にとっても苦労したのが夢の様です・・・
