トレーニングウエポン(トレポン)＆周辺パーツ関連情報

「トレーニングウエポンに実物ストックを装着したいのですがどれが良いですか？」
「自分のトレーニングウエポンに装着可能な実物ストックの在庫ありますか？」
等の質問を多く受けます。

少なくとも2012年にLipo対応基盤が出てSYSTEMA純正ブッシュマスターtypeストック
の機種以外は少し特殊なストック(バッファー)チューブの為にMILSPECサイズの実物
ストックはそのままでは装着出来ません。

2012モデル以前のＰＴＷの場合、ストックチューブをMILSPECサイズのモノに交換し
ない限り実物MILSPECサイズのストックは装着出来ません。

実物ストック(バッファー)チューブには民間typeとMILSPECtypeが存在します。

レシーバに挿入する部分のネジ径は同じ仕様ですがそれより後のチューブ径に微妙な差
があり、民間typeは少しだけ直径が太いのです。もちろん民間typeストックもそれに合わせ
て造られています。

SYSTEMA製のニッカド仕様ストックは民間typeに近いサイズの為、民間typeストックであ
ればそのまま使えるモノもありますがMILSPECタイプのストックは挿す事さえ出来ません。

2012年以降のモデルでもニッカド仕様の個体はそれ以前と同じストックチューブなので単
純に年式だけでは判断出来ません。ストック形状がクレーンストックtypeだとチューブは
民間サイズになります。

ここまではそれ程難しい問題では無いのですが、2012年以降のモデルでLipo対応している
チューブはSYSTEMAから二種類出ているので話がややこしいのです・・・

SYSTEMAが完成品として出しているLipo対応モデルは直径はMILSPECと同じになってい
るので実物のMILSEPCサイズストックが装着出来るのですが最短位置まで縮められない
ストックもあります。

理由を説明するのは面倒なので細かい事は省略しますがネジ山の高さが高いのでストック
を最短位置まで持って来るとストックとネジ山が干渉してしまい最後まで縮める事が出来な
いのです。
ストックによっては多少大き目に作られているモノもありネジ山をクリアしてくれる個体も
ある様ですが...


それに対するSYSTEMAの回答が「MILSPECサイズストックチューブ」でこれについては
サイズ、外観ともにMILSPECサイズになっており実物MILSPECサイズストックが問題無く
装着可能です。ただし...ニッカド仕様と同じ様にストックチューブ後端が開放型なので
一枚目画像の様なストックやＣＴＲ等の様にストック側が貫通型で無い場合は良いですが
(一概に良いとも言えませんがここでは良しとします)二枚目画像の様な官給ストックや、
COLT製やＬＭＴ製ブッシュマスタータイプの様にストックが貫通型だとバッテリーがむき
出しになってしまします。

このあたり、毎回質問が来るたびに説明してると疲れますのでとりあえずここに書きました。

参考までにSYSTEMA製2012モデル以降のLipo対応機のストックチューブは民間形状で
すが直径がMILSPECと言う少しイレギュラーなモノです。
民間形状の方がMILSPEC形状より少しだけ全長が長いのでLipo基盤＆Lipoバッテリーを
ストックチューブ内部に納める場合有利です。
しかもSYSTEMA製チューブは非常に凝った仕組でチューブ後端を少し引き出して回転さ
せる事によってバッテリーの出し入れが出来る様な仕組みになっています。
これでMILSPECのストックが最後まで縮められれば最高なのですが...

SYSTEMAの名誉の為に書きますが、実際に民間形状(全長/シルエット)で直径がMILSEPC
径のバッファーチューブ(実物はストックチューブとは言わない)が最近増えてます。
民間形状の意味があまり無くなって来たのが理由かもしれません。
ストックもMILSPECチューブ対応の方が人気もあり民間形状のモノは入手面でもあまりメリッ
トが無くなっている様に感じられます。

The Daniel Defense MFR 12.0 is a 12" CNC Machined Modular Free Float Handguard. It is specifically
designed to adequately cover a low profile gas block on a carbine or mid-length gas system barrel.

Daniel Defense is the Sole Source Provider of the RIS II to the United States Special Operations Command!

The Daniel Defense Rail Interface System (RIS II) was designed at the request of the United States
Special Operations Command (SOCOM) for the SOPMOD II program. SOCOM had a specific requirement

SAPR Stock Attachment Precision Rifle - SOPMOD



Battleline Industries: SOPMOD SAPR

The Stock Attachment Precision rifle or S.A.P.R. (pronounced “Sapper”) was developed by Battleline Industries as
a lightweight attachment for the current LMT SOPMOD M4 stock utilized by SOCOM. Weighing in at just 17.5 oz,
the S.A.P.R. balances the weight of the rifle and gives the operator the flexibility to adjust their rifle stock to enhance
their marksmanship skill set and personal fit for delivering precision rifle fire from an M4 carbine or other weapons
platform that utilizes an AR-15 style carbine stock/buffer tube adapter. The S.A.P.R. cheek piece elevates vertically
for proper eye height and relief when using scoped optics and has an adjustable shoulder pad section that moves
vertically and rotates 360 degrees for optimal positioning and comfort.



A key feature of the S.A.P.R. is the proprietary cheek piece that rotates 90 degrees left or right for an AR/M4 based
weapons platform where the user has the stock fully collapsed while using body armor and needs to perform an
immediate action because of a stoppage, allowing free movement of the charging handle regardless of the cheek
piece height. The cheek piece can then be rotated back into its original position without any shift or loss of initial
adjustment. In addition to this feature, the operator can rotate the cheek piece out of the way if the primary optic
goes down which allows the user to get a lower “cheek weld” to use the back-up iron sights on the weapon system.

NOTE: The cheek piece will not obstruct any weapon system with a side charging handle.

been stuffing under your rear take-down pin all these years. All it’s good for is eliminating the “rattle” in your gun.
In reality, it does just the opposite of what it should. It pushes the receiver halves apart on a flexible interface.
They still move when the gun discharges. The JP Precision Tensioning Pin actually pulls the whole upper assembly
down and back on the lower with reproducible torque (for those really picky folks) and gives a rock hard fit to even
the sloppiest receivers. Ask any bolt gun shooter, and they will tell you that a rifle loose in the stock will most likely
not reach its accuracy potential. An AR with a loose upper/lower is no different. It requires no modification to the
receiver. It simply replaces your rear push pin and drops right in.

仕事で京都府の大山崎へ行って来ました。
